The bill, HR 4667, includes an additional $24,000,000 for TEFAP, to remain available until September 30, 2019.   The Secretary of Agriculture may allocate additional foods and funds for administrative expenses from resources specifically appropriated, transferred, or reprogrammed to provide resources to Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands, and States affected by wildfires occurring in calendar year 2017 or Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria, as determined by the Secretary. 

The vote on this bill and the extension of the Continuing Resolution through January 19 within the next two hours, and then on to the Senate.
